Our Team
Cotswold Developments is directed and run by Liam Nightingale. Liam prides himself and the business on delivering high quality, traditional methods of work to create projects that customers are delighted to say Cotswold Developments delivered.
Although Liam's main focus and passions are working on traditional Cotswold buildings, the Cotswold Developments team also have a lot of experience carrying out work on more contemporary homes, allowing us to meet the bespoke needs of our customers.

As the business owner and being a City & Guilds qualified skilled worker Liam works on, and manages each and every customer project, carrying out a large proportion of the work personally.
Cotswold Developments have a team of highly skilled full time workers supporting Liam on all projects, and we run sub-contracted providers where needed. All our sub-contracted providers are trusted, accredited trades people that have been personally approved by Liam and have worked with us for a number of years. Each relationship with our trades people and sub-contractors have been built up over many successful projects and happy clients and this enables us to undertake and carry out projects from concept through to completion.
